Singapore toilet doors come in different sizes. Even within the same flat, each door frame can differ. Here's a general guide — an on-site measurement is always done before fabrication.

How much does an HDB toilet door cost in Singapore?+
A basic aluminium bifold toilet door starts from $189 nett, including measurement, delivery, installation and disposal of your old door. Premium models start from $199 and top hung stainless steel roller doors from $259. Bundle pricing is available for 2 or more doors.
Do you hack or remove my existing door frame?+
No. We follow a strict no-hacking policy. Our aluminium bifold door is bolted directly into your existing wood, metal or PVC frame. Our pricing does not include repairing, painting, or hacking away existing frames, as that work is extensive and costly.
What size is a standard HDB toilet door?+
Standard HDB flats (mid-80s to 2013) are usually 33" × 84" (2.75ft × 7ft) with a 35mm inner frame. BTO flats (2014 onwards) are usually 36" × 84" (3ft × 7ft). Some estates from 2019 have 38" wide doors. Condo and landed properties vary from 33" to 38" wide and up to 89" tall. An on-site measurement confirms the exact size.
Which bifold door type should I choose?+
The Basic bifold (2-section) is the most affordable for standard HDB toilets. The Premium bifold (4-section) offers a wider opening and concealed handles. The Top Hung Roller is the most durable, uses stainless steel rollers, and can be installed trackless — ideal for elderly-friendly or wet-area bathrooms.
Why is a bifold better than a sliding or swing door?+
Compared to a sliding door or traditional swing door, a bifold door folds back when you push or pull, enabling almost 100% clear opening and saving space — perfect for small HDB and condo bathrooms. It needs no swing clearance and doesn't obstruct nearby fixtures.
Can I add an extra lock for a link or master toilet?+
Yes. An additional lock is available at $10. For link toilets we recommend a double-locking system for privacy from both sides. We also suggest this for master bifold toilets, as changes in air pressure and airflow can sometimes push the bifold open — an extra lock keeps it securely closed.
