Please note that we must arrange for an on-site measurement before fabrication. Even within the same estate, the actual measurement for every toilet or bedroom can differ due to floor leveling, tiling thickness, or wall alignment. Our team ensures every door is customized to fit your specific frame perfectly.
Standard Size Reference Guide
Standard HDB Flats (Built mid-80s to 2013)
Common Size: Width 2.75ft x Height 7ft (approx. 33" x 84"). Standard inner frame thickness is 35mm.
BTO Flats (Built after 2014)
Common Size: Width 3ft x Height 7ft (approx. 36" x 84"). Note: Some estates from 2019 have 38" width doors which may affect pricing.
Condo / Apartment / Landed
Measurements vary widely (33" to 38" Width, 89" Height). Frame thickness usually 38mm to 44mm. Professional measurement is critical for these properties.

- No Hacking Policy: We do not remove/hack existing door frames (Wood/Metal/PVC).
- No Repair Service: We do not provide repair services for doors not originally purchased from Renovaid Team.
- On-Site Confirmation: Actual pricing will be confirmed during site measurement if dimensions fall outside standard sizes.

Only 1.6cm in height—discreet and designed to prevent tripping. Features smooth, non-sharp edges to eliminate the risk of injury for your family.

Push-Up Lock for Security
Features a standard push-up lock mechanism at the center for easy access. Simple to use, child-friendly, and perfect for standard HDB bathroom usage.
An additional lock is available at $10. For link toilets, we recommend a double-locking system for privacy. We also suggest this for master bifold toilets, as changes in air pressure and air flow can sometimes push the bifold open; an extra lock ensures it stays securely closed.
User-Friendly Push-Pull Handles
Thoughtfully designed for operation from both sides. Grip the profile edge from the outside to pull open, and use the center-mounted handle to pull shut from the inside.
