Construct 2” thick cabinet base with tiles skirting
Construct 2” thick washing machine base with tiles finished
Construct 2” thickness fridge base with tiles finished

Plumbing Works
Install Inlet and Outlet pipe for washing machine
Install Inlet and Outlet pipe for kitchen sink
Provide Labour to install 1 no of kitchen sink and tap
Provide Labour to install toilet accessories
Provide Labour to install 2 nos. instant heaters or 1 no of storage heater

Window Work
Supply and Install Aluminium Window Grill (NA/BA), except service yard

Electrical Works
Provide Labour to install lights at HDB original lighting points
