Warranty Claims Policy – Renovaid Team

At Renovaid Team, we take pride in the quality of our products and workmanship. We offer warranty coverage to ensure peace of mind and protect our customers against installation or product defects.

Warranty Coverage Duration

• Most doors, gates, and windows: 12 months (manufacturing + workmanship)
• Basic Aluminum Bifold Toilet Door: 3 months
• Hardware parts from third-party shops: 1 week (limited to defects only)

What Our Warranty Covers

• Door misalignment caused by installation
• Faulty hinges, rollers, handles, or locks due to manufacturing defects
• Installation issues involving screws, silicone, brackets, or alignment
• Track or mechanism issues on bifold or slide & swing doors

Coverage begins from the date of installation.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

• Wear and tear from daily use (e.g. fading, scratches, discoloration)
• Misuse, accidental impact, or tampering
• Water-related damage from bathroom leaks or poor ventilation
• Swelling of doors due to prolonged moisture exposure
• Modifications or repairs done by third-party contractors
• Damage to third-party hardware beyond the 1-week limited warranty

Installation Standards
All Renovaid installations are done according to industry standards using proper materials like silicone, screws, and brackets.
We do not follow installation methods based on customer internet references unless agreed in writing, as these may compromise safety or long-term product integrity.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Take clear photos or videos of the issue
2. Prepare your invoice number or whatsapp (screenshot conversation) and installation date

4. Fill in our official Warranty Claim Form (link will be provided)
5. We will respond within 3 working days after reviewing your claim

Important Notes

• Warranty covers adjustment and labour. Replacements are offered only in cases of serious product failure.
• Hardware items (e.g. handles, locks, latches) from third-party suppliers are only covered for 1 week, and only for factory defects.
• Claims without valid proof of purchase may be rejected.

Warranty Information
Door Leaf Warranty

All door leaves supplied by us come with a 12-month manufacturing and workmanship warranty, effective from the date of installation.

This warranty applies under normal residential use and covers defects arising from manufacturing or workmanship issues.

Hardware Warranty

Door hardware components, including locksets, handles, and hinges, are covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of installation.

Door Frame Coverage

Warranty coverage applies only to products supplied by us.
Existing door frames or frames not purchased from us are not included in the warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or negligence
• Water damage beyond the product’s intended use
• Unauthorised modifications or alterations
• Issues arising from site conditions, structural movement, or external factors

• All warranty assessments are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
