Refund & Cancellation Policy - Renovaid Team

At Renovaid Team, we are committed to providing honest service, transparent terms, and quality workmanship. As our products are custom-made for each customer, please review the following refund and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your order.

1. Custom-Made Products (Non-Refundable After Fabrication)

All doors, gates, and related items sold by Renovaid Team are custom-fabricated to the measurements and specifications of your property.

As such:
- No refund or cancellation is allowed once fabrication has commenced.
- Fabrication typically begins within 1 working day after site measurement is completed and order is confirmed.

This is in accordance with Section 13 of the CPFTA, where exceptions apply for goods made to customer specifications.

2. Site Visit / Measurement Fees

If a site measurement is carried out but the customer decides not to proceed, a transport and admin fee of S$30-S$50 will apply to cover costs incurred.

3. Changes to Order After Confirmation

- Minor adjustments (e.g. color or handle type) must be requested within 12 hours after confirmation.
- Any changes after fabrication begins may result in additional charges or rejection depending on production status.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or installation error, we are committed to rectifying the issue promptly.

- We will offer free rectification (e.g., adjustments, realignment) where applicable.
- Replacement will only be offered in cases of serious damage during delivery/installation, or where the product delivered does not match the confirmed order (e.g., wrong model or color).

Please notify us within 3 days of installation with photos or video evidence. Our team will assess the issue and propose the most appropriate resolution.

5. Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to decline any refund or cancellation request not covered under the terms
above, particularly where:

- The customer provides incorrect measurements/specifications.
- Installation conditions were misrepresented.
- Products have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery or installation.

6. Installation Standards

​All installations by Renovaid Team follow established industry standards. This includes the use of appropriate materials such as silicone, screws, brackets, and sealants. We do not perform installation based on customer assumptions or third-party internet references unless agreed upon in writing. This ensures structural integrity, safety, and long-term durability of all installed products.
