What is a Laminate Doors?
Laminate Door also known as "High Pressure Laminate/ Formica Door" is gaining its popularity in Singapore. Laminate Door faced with layer of 1mm high pressure laminate glued and pressed with a 3mm plywood while internal solid core will either be masonite or composite wood core. The side of the door will be process with matching ABS trim.
Laminate Door is known for its scratch and sound resistant. There are lots of laminate designs available in the market for selection, compared to traditional classic doors, nyatoh plywood doors and veneer plywood doors. Customers can also decide if they want semi solid or solid core laminate doors for their bedroom.

What will happen next?
1) Our sales team will contact you for site measurement within 1 to 2 working days, if you use the “buy now” option for your purchase
2) Our Sales Team will go over to your place on our agreed appointed date and time (usually a time range will be given) with the necessary catalogue and samples for onsite measurement, selection and confirmation. We required the decision maker to be around. Our measurement timing is during office hours (Monday to Saturday).
3) If you are not using the “buy now” option but arranged for site measurement to confirm the purchase, deposit of 50% or $100 (whichever is higher) is required during site measurement. Deposit has to be collected on the same day of measurement otherwise order will be cancelled without prior notice. Deposit can be in the form of cash, paynow/paylah or bank transfer. We do not accept cheque payment.
*Due to the nature of our business, placement of DEPOSIT is a mandatory requirement by the company. You can choose to avoid dealing with our company if you are not comfortable with this requirement.
4) Renovaid Team do not offer any no-obligation on-site visit and consultation. Renovaid Team Pte Ltd reserves our rights to impose $40 transportation and man hours losses on each site visit and consultation without any sales closure. This is to avoid mischief act by some.
5) We will arrange to install the laminate plywood bedroom doors 14 to 21 working days (it might be longer due to peak period) after measurement, confirm colour selection and required deposit received.
6) We provide site measurement, delivery, installation without additional cost on our listed price unless otherwise stated in our website or whatsapps message; we seek your understanding that all our measurement and installation slots are arranged accordingly to first purchase first served basis, our availability and travelling route. We will try to arrange all the slots/schedule that best matched for us.
7) If you have any specific timing requirement, please ensure both agreed before place order to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding. Otherwise, you can source for other vendors that can work with you.

If you are engineer/architect/ID/used to be contractor, you have your own ideas on the installation, and think that you can do better than our installer, you can opt out from our free installation. What happen during installation?
1) Our office will contact you once your purchase is ready for installation. They will update you the installation timing the evening before installation, ie if your schedule installation is on Friday, our office will either call or whatapps message to inform you the timing.
2) If the design, colour or measurement is wrong due to our mistake, we will be liable to correct it. We will have to bring back the products to factory alter/ redo and come back another. We seek your kind understanding that we will correct it but please allow us time. We also do not wish such unforeseen circumstances to happen but sometimes it happen. Sales/production has to pay for the mistake done (order item).
3) Please check and test the products to ensure its workability before allowing our installer leave your house. Otherwise, we will have to arrange another day for rectifications.
4) Please pass the balance payment to our installation after completion.
5) 12 months manufacturing and workmanship warranty for the doors. 3 months goodwill warranty for the hardware that we purchased from hardware distributors.
